At CEL Cooling & Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products, parts, and services. We are committed to ensuring that our customers enjoy reliable cooling solutions and long-term peace of mind.

Standard Product Warranty

• Residential central systems come with a 5 year compressor warranty and one year parts.

• Mini splits and multi splits come with a one year parts warranty.

• VRF systems come with a 1 year parts warranty and 5 years compressor warranty. (Some VRF systems my be longer).

• Spare parts and tools come with a 1 year warranty.

All warranties are subject to conditions that include excluding improper use, electrical grid caused, storms and weather, abuse and lack of maintenance.  All equipment and parts must be installed by a licensed HVAC contractor to be eligible for warranty.

Extended Warranty & Maintenance Plans

For additional peace of mind, we offer:

• Extended warranty options on select brands.

• Preferred Customer Maintenance Plans, which keep your system running efficiently and can help extend warranty coverage.
