Supply 3/8″ liquid line x 7/8″ suction line 30 feet refrigerant line set is an ideal match for home HVAC split systems to connect an indoor and outdoor unit together. You will want to measure the distance between the indoor and outdoor portions of the system to estimate what length is needed for your install; just remember, you can always cut down a run that is too long! A run that’s too short is a harder issue to deal with, though you can braze multiple line sets together if needed. The tubing is made of a high-quality copper that is 100% pure and built to withstand both the pressures from a variety of refrigerants and the outside elements such as weather or temperature. The suction line comes sealed with a 3/8″ thick black elastomeric insulation layer which seals it from moisture and air to reduce corrosion. Additionally, the dark color of the insulation provides UV resistance by reflecting back light which in turn helps to prevent the insulation from becoming brittle and further protects the copper within it. This line set is built for use with standard unitary systems that use a braze or sweat connection and is suitable for both air conditioning only and heat pump split systems.
